When To Use:
Only use SDC for large research projects requiring decades of financial data. For more current data, use Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or Thomson One Banker.
Description:
SDC Platinum contains historical data on new issues, M&A deals, and private equity. There is a one month embargo on the data.
Availability:
Access is available to current Cornell students and faculty via two dedicated terminals in the Management Library.
