Use SimplyMap when you need demographic and marketing data for a specific geographic area in the U.S. such as a city, county, census tract, or ZIP code.


SimplyMap is a web-based mapping application that lets users quickly create professional-quality, thematic maps and reports using demographic, business, and marketing data for the United States. In addition to mapping data from government agencies such as the U.S. Census, SimplyMap includes consumer and brand-level data from private market research firms such as EASI, Experian Simmons, and MRI.  It also has D&B's Points of Interest data which allows you to map businesses by name or by industry.

Available to all current Cornell students, faculty, and staff, on campus or remotely. You can either use an anonymous log-in, or create your own private workspace which allows you to save projects in the system. Access is limited to 3 simultaneous users.
