A good resource to begin with is treasury direct which provides state and local government interest rates and prices. The U.S. Treasury also releases data and reports on yield curves, corporate bonds, the most recent financial crises and TARP program.
Data on commercial paper rates and other corporate financing are available via the Federal Reserve.
